Hello & Welcome to this weeks edition of the Weekly Round-Up. The blog that details what I do week to week. This weeks events included more Joker building, tearing apart Victor from Cosmos Laundromat, and starting a new TARDIS.
As I just mentioned above, I'm making a new character rig for the Joker so I thought since I have access to the Blender Cloud, that I would look at the Victor Character rig that have on there from their latest short film: Cosmos Laundromat (I've linked it below if anyone cares to watch). Long story short, its the most complicated character rig I have ever seen and I'm actually a little scared there might be more complex ones out there for basic characters. To understand it better, I'm going to tear it apart (LIMB FROM LIMB) until I understand what everything does and why. Like theres this circle on the upper arms that scales it but I have no idea why. Some of it is straight forward though like the IK arm controls.
I also want to fins out how they did his hair as it seems so simple but complex at the same time.
I bet there is a video somewhere explaining it so I might go hunting for it before I continue. Then again, it may be more fun... I mean educational, tearing it apart.
Its a little different form all those other times as I've been asked to make this one to a specification that they provided. I literal started it an hour ago so theres nothing to show yet.
Well whats happened with me this week? I bet mile 10K running time (by 2 minutes!!!), did another 14 mile run over a more challenging road (so it took me a little longer), got fed up of playing Arkham Origins (got too buggy with interrogations in Story+ mode), & set a new personal best for Dead lifts (135Kg!!!!!!!).
Although I'm a little proud of myself for setting new personal bests, theres nothing really worth writing about. Not sure what game I'm going to play next. It'll probably be either Dead Space or Mass Effect. Never played any of them before so I'm not sure which to play first. Probably Dead Space as that sounds cooler.
